This is an exercise not only on cleanly displaying a dynamic output with HTML an table, but keeping numerous formulas and variables neatly organized in code. Months, percent of interest, initial balance, remaining balance, total interest, and more, must all be accounted for and displayed with appropriate formatting for integers, percentages, and dollar amounts.
